Referred to as "Total Fitness", the class has grown to be the most popular class offered at The Academy Village. Participants range in age from the mid-60's well into the 80's and beyond. Some depend on walkers and wheelchairs while others maintain a level of fitness Jeanne has been able to create a video that will allow others to enjoy the same fitness class that has been so popular within The Academy Village for so many years. This DVD is thorough enough to be used by other instructors to develop their own older adult fitness classes.
